STAPLES ADVANTAGE
Staples is Toole Designs primary source of office supplies. The most frequently ordered items are organized under My Lists, broken out by office, and also by common tasks (proposal printing, kitchen cleaning, etc.). When ordering from Staples, please confirm that the shipping address is the correct for the location requesting the supplies. The default is to have items shipped to Silver Spring.

To pull a receipt from Staples go to “My Orders” and click on “Receipt (pdf)”.
AMAZON
Toole Design has an Amazon Prime account. This can be used for price comparisons to ensure the company is getting the best possible price for any products and ordering specialized items not available elsewhere.
- Make sure to select the shipping address for the location requesting the order.
- Submit invoice as a receipt using process described in the “Receipts” section. Note that all charges for Amazon orders go to James Toole’s AmEx.
When managing orders, accountability is extremely important. Amazon uses different carriers (i.e.: their own staff, USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to make deliveries. Please make sure to track all orders and note when they are marked as delivered. If an order is not delivered to the proper location, contact Amazon Customer Service at 1 (888) 280-4331. For security verification purposes, be ready to verify the name on the account and the billing address, detailed above.
To pull a receipt from Amazon go to “Orders” and click “Order Details” at the top of the order placed. On the next page, click “View or Print Invoice”.
