Below is a general list of all emergency supplies that each office should have. Periodically inventory these supplies as some of the products expire. Offices request this equipment to AdminHelp directly, or through HR.  


Admins should order through Amazon or StaplesAdvantage (whichever is most cost effective and has best delivery options.)  Alternative vendors may also be used, if appropriate. 


Safety & Emergency Supplies:

  • Reflective Vests for Surveying
  • White Hard Hat (If Applicable)
  • First Aid Kit
  • Extra Band-Aids (Latex Free)
  • Advil (Ibuprofen), individually wrapped
  • Tylenol individually wrapped (both Advil and Tylenol are purchased as a courtesy for those who are pregnant or who are allergic to NSAIDS and cannot use Advil)
  • Fire Extinguisher
  • Emergency Earthquake Kit (If Applicable)
