Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects Toole Design's professional standards.
Office Organization
- Organize office supplies into logical categories (e.g., mail, paper products, writing supplies, cleaning supplies) for easy access.
- Communicate supply locations to staff to promote consistency and efficiency.
Office Maintenance
- Regularly inspect common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure they are clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or building repairs promptly through the property's work order process or to the appropriate supervisor.
- Obtain approval before authorizing any repair or cleaning costs.
Shared Spaces
- Support office-wide efforts to keep kitchens and common areas clean. Follow your office's established cleaning schedule or rotation, where applicable.
Important: Office Coordinators help keep the office running smoothly, but they are not responsible for cleaning up after others or serving as office housekeeping staff. Maintaining shared spaces is a collective responsibility. If you are routinely asked to perform duties outside the scope of your role, discuss the situation with your supervisor or Human Resources.
