• Executive Team Support:
    • Manage executive team calendars. Schedule with internal and external parties.
    • Arrange travel for executive team.
    • Manage use of company-owned cars and log mileage in VantagePoint monthly.
    • Coordinate materials and logistics for tri-annual board meeting.
    • Coordinate signatures for contracts/marketing.
    • Track company-wide processes (e.g. business plan development) and follow up with executive team accordingly.
    • Schedule logistics for high-level interviews (e.g. director candidates).
  • Operations:
    • Serve as resource for Directors.
    • Coordinate training calendar for all-staff trainings.
    • Schedule conference calls for all staff and reserve meeting spaces.
    • Other logistics as needed (e.g. coordinating food for meetings).
    • Serve as back-up for Accounting (e.g. for invoices).
    • Answer and direct phone calls.
